Founder’s Story

ITSVA was born out of Hannah’s lifelong connection to food. Growing up in her family’s restaurant, she learned the rhythms of the kitchen as early as eight years old. Recipes and traditions were passed down to her, but so was something deeper — the belief that food is more than fuel; it’s a way to care for people.

Later, Hannah moved to Los Angeles, one of the most culturally diverse food cities in the world. There, she discovered bold new cuisines and began experimenting with blending them into the recipes of her heritage. The result was something unique — a modern Asian fusion style that stayed true to tradition while embracing creativity.

Wanting to refine her craft, Hannah returned to China to study professional healthy meal prep. With her training, background, and passion combined, she returned to Irvine with a mission: to bring wholesome, chef-crafted Asian fusion meals to her community. Today, that vision lives on in ITSVA — where every dish tells a story of flavor, balance, and care.
